What is Merto?

Merto is the AI-native growth partner for owner-operated businesses: we build your site before you pay, then run what grows it, your Google presence and monthly AI-search content on Momentum, lead capture on Authority. The tooling is AI-native, which is how a team this small ships this fast, but a human operator reads every page before it goes anywhere near your customers. The work so far

Four builds so far: Kemptville Heating in Kemptville, Ontario, live at kemptville-heating.merto.ai; Escarpment Contracting in Mono, Ontario, live on their own domain; and Bernie Breen in Toronto and Jason Henry Hunt in Port Hardy, BC. All four are live, and the screenshots are public in the work.

Why does Merto exist?

Owner-operators get two bad options: agency quotes and lock-in, or DIY weekends. We built the third. You see the finished site first, pay month to month, and never hand over the keys to your own name. The contractor in Mono and the carver in Port Hardy deserve sites as good as their work, without the hostage terms.

How do we work?

By text, mostly. No account manager, no ticket queue: you text the person who builds and runs your site. We keep the client list small on purpose, so every site has an operator who actually knows it, and changes ship in days, not sprints.

What do we believe?

  • Honest copy only. No fake reviews, no invented metrics, no features we have not shipped.
  • You own everything. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and it leaves with you.
  • Show, don't pitch. The first thing you see from us is your finished site, not a slide deck.
