Privacy policy

Plain English version

We collect the minimum information needed to run your business's website and back-office. We don't sell your data. We don't sell your customers' data. If you cancel, we delete or export what we're holding.

What we collect

• Information you give us at intake (business name, services, hours, licensing, contact info).
• Lead and customer data that flows through your site or SMS (name, phone, message).
• Basic analytics on visitors to your site (page views, source, device. no third-party tracking).

How we use it

Only to deliver the services you pay for: build and host your site, send SMS on your behalf, route leads to you, generate monthly content, and produce your weekly summary. We don't use your customers' data to train AI models or sell it to anyone.

Subprocessors

The services we use to deliver yours: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (SMS), Namecheap (domains), Anthropic Claude (AI content). Each has its own privacy policy. None of them receive your data for any purpose other than executing the service.

Your rights

Text us anytime to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. We respond within 7 days. If you cancel your subscription, we export your data on request and delete the rest within 30 days.
